YOGA CLASSES

Classes in Marocco will be a delightful combination of dynamic sequenced yoga poses with relaxing restorative yoga aimed to soothe the mind and stretch the body.

We start each morning saluting the sun and waking up our body. You´ll leave each yoga session feeling energized and light in body and mind. Essential oils will be used during the practise to enhance the experience. It is optional if you want to use oils during yoga.

Every session ends in deep relaxation where you will receive a neckmassage with lavender cream.

ABOUT THE YOGA TEACHER
Ingrid is an avid yoga student and yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching the art of yoga for the last six years.
​
She discovered yoga at a point when she needed to find inner peace as a counterbalance to the hectic life she was leading. Ignoring the body´s symptoms of recurring tension headaches and body pain she found herself at the verge of physical exhaustion and break down. By practicing yoga she found freedom from the mind and slowly began to listen to the body´s signals again.
It became important for her to share this knowledge with other people who suffers the symptoms of stress and so she began her journey as a yoga teacher. Her classes are a complimentary mix of her different teachings with a strong focus on mindfulness and present awareness. She was the first to introduce yin yoga to Stavanger and Sandnes, a yoga style that has grown in popularity over the years due to its calming benefits.
In 2015 she discovered the effects of essential oils and how these magical drops affect us emotionally, mentally and physically. She quickly incorporated them in her own practice and teachings and developed a AromaYoga as a concept, combining yin yoga and essential oils to reduce stress in body and mind.
Today she teaches at various yoga studios, corporations and arranges courses, workshops and yoga travels to inspire others to find inner peace and calm.
